A few years ago, a friend from Copenhagen posed a question that many in the coaching space face: “Why aren’t you scaling B2B? Why aren't you chasing enterprise money and facilitating corporate groups?”
It is a valid question. On paper, the corporate route promises safety, stability, and significant financial rewards. But my answer goes back to the core framework of why I do this work, backed by my research in the Behavioural Insights and Transformational Learning:
Human potential is the most valuable asset on this planet.
I noticed the person asking me that question hadn't invested in her own personal growth.
When we view development purely through a corporate lens, we often miss the foundational transformations that happen at the individual and community level.
The corporate setup doesn’t allow me to work at the depth I can offer my individual clients or the groups I facilitate outside the corporate environment.
We operate very differently when in a professional work environment. And there is nothing wrong with that; it is natural and actually necessary for us to perform our tasks at work.
However, at the physiological level, our brain in those corporate environments relies heavily on the prefrontal cortex, which means you focus mainly on tasks, solving issues, and moving forward. The parts of the brain responsible for deep personal transformation are asleep at this time.
Here is why I prioritise deep, systemic personal growth over standard corporate frameworks - and why you should too.
The Real Cost of Neglecting Your Personal Growth
To guide others toward their highest timeline, you must be willing to walk the path yourself. To this day, the majority of my resources outside of basic living expenses go directly into my own personal development. Why? Because I refuse to give you a watered-down version of what is possible.
When you refuse to invest in yourself, you stay tethered to "programs" that do not belong to you - societal expectations, ancestral burdens, and defensive armor that keep you small.
Until you break free from operating systems that aren't yours, you aren’t truly living your own life.
Healing the Foundation with Family Constellation Therapy
To create lasting change, we have to look deeper than surface-level habits or standard goal-setting. This is exactly why I expanded my practice to offer Family Constellation therapy for both groups and individuals.
Systemic coaching allows us to:
- Examine the ancestral foundation: Identify where you are carrying emotional burdens that belong to generations before you.
- Release old conditioning: Drop the protective programs that manifest as self-sabotage or imposter syndrome.
- Reclaim bodily presence: Move out of your analytical mind and drop back into your body to fully anchor your power.
- Through this deep alignment, you uncover your true baseline, allowing you to finally stand in your genuine power and sustain your professional and personal success.
What Are We Truly Afraid Of?
When people hold back from entering therapeutic or deep coaching spaces, they often say they are afraid of the pain. They worry about unlocking old trauma or dealing with heavy emotions.
But my experience tells a completely different story: People aren't actually afraid of the inner work. They are terrified of standing in their full potential.
It is terrifying to realize how powerful, capable, and free you can actually be. It means leaving behind the comfort of excuses and fully owning your life.
