I recently read an article highlighting a challenge so many women experience: as visibility and leadership grow, so do negative comments, pressures, and expectations.

Stress, anxiety, and even physical illness often follow — sometimes during tender seasons of life, such as late pregnancy or moments of personal transition.

This resonated deeply with me, because I see this pattern again and again in the women I work with. It’s not just an isolated story — it’s the story of women who step into the world with courage, only to be met with resistance, judgment, or even hostility.
